Placement Recommendations:
This class is open to all students at Central High School. Student must be in 11th or 12th grade and/or at least 16 years old. It is also recommended that the student have completed Ag Construction 1 and 2.

Course Description:
Ag Welding and Metal Fabrication emphasizes welding and construction skills in the advanced phases of arc welding, oxyacetylene welding and cutting, and plasma cutting. Also included is instruction on the safety and proper usage of various types of welding equipment. Because welding skills can be useful for many different careers, job preparation skills and information on jobs that are available will be emphasized.
